The Wandering Chapter is a little bookshop on wheels, travelling to events and popping up in unique locations across the country. From festivals and markets to seaside spots and village greens, the truck brings books to unexpected places. Wherever it parks, the aim is the same: to make discovering stories feel joyful, relaxed, and a little bit magical.
Hay Festival

Hay Castle, Hay-on-wye
We’re heading to Hay Festival!
The Wandering Chapter will be located on the beautiful lawns at Hay Castle throughout the festival, bringing books, conversation and a warm welcome to the heart of Hay-on-Wye, the world’s first book town. It feels only right that this special place is our very first stop. Please do come and see us.
Truck Festival
23-26 July
Hill Farm, Oxfordshire
